Just enough out of town to be wonderfully quiet and relaxingly rural, and close enough to town to make it easy to get to everything – concerts, restaurants, movies, Cornell University and Ithaca College, waterfalls, hikes, wineries . . . so much to do!

 

When arriving from the south, you will approach Ithaca on Route 79.  After you pass through Slaterville Springs, turn right onto Ellis Hollow Road (red barn on the left , white house on the right and fields and a school in front of you on Route 79).  At the stop sign, turn left, staying on Ellis Hollow Road (beautiful house on the right).  Stay on Ellis Hollow Road about two miles until you see Turkey Hill Road on the left and Quarry Road on the right.  Turn onto Quarry Road, and the third driveway on the right, #26 brings you to the apartment, stone cottage and tower cottage.  The Hilltop Suite is the next driveway on the right.

 

When approaching from downtown Ithaca, head up East State Street/Martin Luther King Street/Route 79 toward Cornell.  Turn left onto Mitchell Street/Route 366 near the top of the hill at the traffic light.  Do not follow Route 366 as it turns off to the left after just a couple of short blocks.  Go as straight as you can (through the traffic calming jiggle in the road) and continue on Mitchell Street.  When you reach the next traffic light, continue straight past the East Hill Plaza for two miles (the road has changed it’s name to Ellis Hollow Road now).  Turn right at the first four way intersection, onto Quarry Road.  The apartment, stone cottage and tower cottage are accessed via the third driveway, #26, but the gate.  The hilltop suite is accessed via the next driveway on the right.

 

The gate will open while you wait and close automatically after you’ve passed through.
